The Rocky Horror Picture Show has several strikes of lightning, creating strobe effects that are brief, but severe and sudden. An early scene with sci-fi machinery uses slow flashes of very bright light against a dark environment. There are very sudden flashes of extreme strobing TV static in one scene.
Several scenes use handheld camera work, and although it never shakes violently, it can be disorienting. One of the final shots looks downward and spins rapidly.
Flashing Lights: 9/10. Motion Sickness: 6/10.
